Get in the Ring with El Tabador!

Monday, April 5th, 2010

Sometimes being “the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be” just ain’t enough.

Many of you by now have seen our man, El Tabador, but you haven’t seen him like this…

Visit out our new Koodo YouTube channel  for a unique opportunity to “Get in the Ring” with El Tabador himself and make your move against the evil Bloatimus Contractimus.

Also check out “Man Behind The Mask”, a documentary about who El Tabador really is with never-before-seen interviews with the one-and-only Bret “the Hitman” Hart.

This post is a little belayed, but TAXI had a great night at the Cassies this year.  We brought home awards for MINI, Koodo, and Harlequin.  Congrats to all involved.

Here’s the Marketing Mag article with all the night’s winners.

The Angry WHOPPER!
The creative hits the world today with :30 and :15 TV spots, radio and online driving to burgerking.ca/getangry. Through the use of your webcam and mic you will be challenged to scream in to your computer to see if you are fit or “angry” enough to eat the Angry Whopper.  Your anger is then judged and shown on your face while our angry v/o taunts you to try again until you reach the ultimate “Epic Angry Whopper Anger”.
Word on the street is that this is the first commercial use of face-tracking technology in Canada and perhaps the U.S. so needless to say it was a big task.

Great job everyone!
